I am Harshad Bhagwat, Career Autonomy Coach and founder of the Career Champions movement.
I know what it means to choose your own path. I worked as a scientist helping my employer build innovative patented products for global customers. I later became an entrepreneur, built a funded startup, influenced audiences on stage, worked with angel investors and corporate customers, and now a career coach working with mid-managers and leaders. Along the way, faced failure, rebuilt myself, and created my own path again.
That journey taught me one deep truth. You don’t get opportunities just by waiting. You earn the right to them. You earn the right to be heard. You earn the right to influence.
